350 MW supercritical W-flame anthracite boiler

2012
The utility model discloses a 350 MW supercritical W-flame anthracite boiler. Anthracite is rather complicated in combustion organization, and the combustion effect is not ideal, so that anthracite is not the first choice. The 350 MW supercritical W-flame anthracite boiler includes a boiler body (1); a water cooling wall (2) is mounted on the outer ring of the boiler body and is connected with a denitration device (18) through a flue (17); the denitration device (18) is connected with an air preheater (12); a tail flue (18) is connected with the denitration device (18); the tail flue (18) is connected with the flue (17); the water cooling wall is connected with a water storage tank (5) through a steam separator (4) and is equipped with a combustor; a second superheater (8), a finishing superheater (10), a high-temperature reheater (9) and a vertical reheater (15) are distributed in the water cooling wall; a low-temperature reheater (7), a vertical reheater (14), a first superheater (11) and a coal economizer (6) are distributed in the tail flue; the coal economizer (6) is connected with the water cooling wall (2); the water cooling wall is connected with the separator, the first superheater, the vertical superheater, the second superheater and the finishing superheater sequentially; and the low-temperature reheater is connected with the high-temperature reheater through the vertical superheater.
