at present, the permanent magnet alternator on the market switches the working state according to the charging and discharging conditions of the battery. It uses the electronic switch to cut off the load of the generator to stop charging the battery. This method makes the generator in no-load state, which will not only reduce the fuel efficiency of the engine, but also have potential harm to the body electrical system. at overcoming the high cost of the scheme mentioned in the paper "Design of Permanent magnet brushless automobile alternator with electromagnetic clutch" of using electromagnetic clutch to switch the power transmission route between engine and generatorin so as to control the working state of automobile permanent magnet brushless generator. In order to control the magnetic circuit of the rotor and transfer the power, a design scheme of permanent magnet brushless generator with magnetic circuit control is designed. The intelligent control unit composed of single-chip microcomputer is used to collect the voltage data of generator and battery to control the brake electromagnet. This not only controls the working state of the generator, but also improves the fuel efficiency of the engine. This scheme reduces the cost of working state control of automobile permanent magnet brushless generator. and the relative position of left and right claw poles is controlled by electromagnet to realize the control of rotor magnetic circuit and then control the working state of generator. This scheme reduces the cost of working state control of automobile permanent magnet brushless generator. The test performance of the prototype is good.
