This paper presents the manufacturing technique and results of theoretical and experimental research of magnetoelectric properties of composite structures on the basis of lead zirconate titanate nickel. The structures in the shape of a rectangular plate were fabricated by bonding and by electrolysis. Theoretical and experimental results of the frequency dependence of effect are presented.
