Implementation of Fault Diagnosis in Auto-Stacker Control Systems

To handle the stacker failure effectively and improve the reliabity,based on expert system technology,a fault diagnosis system is designed for auto-stacker control of Tianjin coal transportation system.The configuration software RSView32 is utilized to realize the remote data access and signal acquisition through Server /Client mode based on OPC technology.And the ADO communication between RSView32 and fault diagnosis database is realized through VB interface of RSView32. Using expert knowledge,fault signal is analyzed and schemes for dealing with the fault are presented.Test in the field shows the practicability,validity and opening of the fault diagnosis system.
