Heat exchange system for inlet and outlet air of radiation type heating furnace body

2011
The utility model relates to a heat exchange system for inlet and outlet air of a radiation type heating furnace body, which comprises a closed heat exchange box body which is provided with a hot air inlet and a hot air outlet. The hot air inlet is communicated with a hearth of the radiation type heating furnace body, and the hot air outlet is communicated with an air inlet of a centrifugal fan. A plurality of heat exchange pipes penetrate through the heat exchange box body, one ends of the heat exchange pipes are communicated with a cold air source, and the other ends of the heat exchange pipes are communicated with the hearth of the radiation type heating furnace body. Air is heated by using waste heat exhausted by a furnace cavity and then enters the furnace cavity, thereby reducing energy consumption for temperature rise. Simultaneously, high temperature air in the hearth is pumped out by the centrifugal fan, thereby enabling pressure inside and outside the furnace body to be balanced and facilitating production safety.
