Frequency stabilization of the semiconductor laser narrow linewidth

A narrow linewidth laser frequency stabilization package device comprising: a laser chip; a first optical lens, an optical isolator, a second optical lens and an optical lens, said first optical lens, an optical isolator, the first second optical lens and the lens are sequentially located on the optical fiber path of a laser chip side; half mirror, the optical path of the laser chip located on the other side, and the optical path to a predetermined angle, the light reflecting portion of the laser chip; a first photo detector, which is located on the optical path reflected by the half mirror; a Fabry-Perot optical filter, which is located on one side of the half mirror and the half mirror with the same optical path; a second photodetector, positioned side of the Fabry-Perot optical filter, and the half mirror in the same optical path; all of which are mounted on a metal base. This packaging device of the present invention to an external circuit to facilitate laser wavelength stabilization control pressure and narrow linewidth.
