The nearest research advances of brain-stem trigeminal evoked potential

Brain-stem trigeminal evoked potential(BTEP) is the electrophysiological indicator which reflects functions of subcortical trigeminal sense-conducting pathway.In recent years with the development and ever-improving of electrophysiological techniques,the clinical research and applications of BTEP in diagnosis of diseases,anesthesia and operation monitoring and the predicting of prognosis of coma have made great advances.In this essay,we have overviewed the nearest research advances of BTEP.
