Dynamic study of the activity of creatine phosphokinase and its isoenzymes in the blood serum in acute myocardial infarct

1982
: The general activity of creatinephosphokinase (CRK) and its isoenzyme, spectrum have been studied in 56 patients suffering from myocardial infarction in the first 72 hours of the disease. The time parameters of manifestation of isoenzyme and general activity of CPK are described. The determination of activity of the second isoenzyme CPK-MV was carried out by electrophoretic method modified by the authors on agarose gel using Soviet appliances and the maintenance medium. The method can be recommended for practical use in clinicodiagnostic laboratories of cardiological institutions.
