Anomalous electromagnetic waves in molecular solutions

It is demonstrated that, in a certain frequency range, the permittivity of molecular solutions depends on the mean square fluctuation of molecular polarizability rather than on the polarizability averaged with respect to molecule type. For such frequency ranges, the electromagnetic waves in solutions are analyzed.
