The Study of Stability of Test Thrombin Reagent in the Low Ionic Liquid

Objective To search the preparation of the stabilized test thrombin time(TT) reagents,diluting the homebred lyophiling thrombin powder with self-provided low ion buffer.Methods Dissolving the homebred lyophiling thrombin powder in self-provided low ion buffer,then was diluted and standardized.Saved at-20℃ after subdivided.Observing the stability of low ionic liquid thrombin reagent at-20℃,and the stability of low ionic liquid thrombin reagent defrosted at the reagent spot of the automatic blood coagulation analyzer(15℃)by the detection of TT.And compared with siemens test thromin reagent by parallel tests.Results The low ionic liquid TT reagent at-20℃ can save for 6 months above,and after thawing at 15℃ can stabilize for 8 hours.Conclusion Prepared by using the low ionic buffer and the homebred lyophiling thrombin powder,the standardized TT reagent can be a long-term preservation at-20℃,and on the automatic blood coagulation analyzer the stability and repeatability accord with the requirement of TT.
