SUBSTANCE: evaporating device for water demineralization includes evaporator, water-steam heat exchanger, water-water heat exchanger, compressor and circulating, supplying and discharging pumps. Installed between water-steam heat exchanger and evaporator is hydraulic resistor in form of Venturi tube or perforated collector. Installed in steam duct, between evaporator and compressor is unit for injection of distillate in form of jet injector or nozzle and diffuser and mixer in form of chamber, and nozzles are installed between evaporator and circulating pump.
