TECHNICAL RETROFIT OF COMBUSTZON SYSTEM AND HEATING SURFACE FOR BOILER NO.4 IN ZHENHAI POWER-GENERATION CO LTD

through test and study, the causes leading to burn-out of burners for boiler NO.4 in Zhenhai Power-generation Co Ltd have been determined, and problems of Low reheat-steam temperature and high exhaust flue gas temperature being deeply analysed. A tecnnical retrofit scheme of the combustion system, reheater, and economizer has been put forward. After implementing the said scheme, obvious reults have been obtaind, having significance for reference to the work of energy-saving and potential-exploiting for boiler of 200 MW units.
