Production and study of the spin-valve structures on the permalloy film base

The hysteretic and magnetoresistive properties of multilayer films containing layers of Fe19Ni81, Mn, and Cu produced by ion sputtering were studied. The main factods governing the evolution of the coercive force and the magnetic displacement field in the double-layered Mn/Fe19Ni81 films were determined. The conditions were found, under which such films may be employed for realizing the spin-valve magnetoresistive effect in the permalloy-based film systems
