The present invention relates to a method for the synthesis of chitosan or carboxymethyl chitosan functionalized nano selenium compound belongs to the technical field of nanomaterials. The method of the present invention comprises: 1) to sodium selenite as the selenium source, the stabilizer is potassium iodide, sodium selenite period of reaction with a reducing agent ascorbic acid (specifically, 30min) after standing for 24 hours aged nano selenium sol preparation; 2) the selenium sol liquor obtained by water washing, ethanol washing, centrifugation to remove impurities to obtain the nano selenium sol; 3) was added dropwise a concentration of chitosan or carboxymethyl chitosan obtained functionalized nano-selenium complexes. Advantage of the present invention is: simple preparation conditions of nano selenium, selenium nano small particle size and uniform synthetic, dispersion, chitosan and carboxymethyl chitosan modified functionalized surface thereof can be obtained by oppositely nano-Se charge polysaccharide complex, selenium nano improved stability and biocompatibility.
