Integrated Graphene Plasmonic Slot Photodetector with High Responsivity

We demonstrated an ultra-narrow (15 nm) plasmonic slot photodetector using monolayer graphene demonstrating an external responsivity of 0.67 A/W. Tuning the gate-voltage for graphene a strong short-channel was found to increase the photo-to-dark current-ratio.
