The positioning device comprises an upper computer and a lower computer, the upper computer device mounted inside a transformer substation is used for measuring and transmitting bus bar zero-sequence voltage signals and comprises an A/D, a CPU, a mobile communication module and a GPS module, the lower computer device as a handheld device for moving detection of lines is used for measuring zero-sequence current signals and completing positioning calculation and comprises a phase current measurer and a positioner, the phase current measurer comprising a current converter, an A/D and a bluetooth wireless transceiver module is used for measuring three-phase current signals, and the positioner comprising a CPU, a bluetooth wireless transceiver module, a mobile communication module and a GPS module is used for synthesizing the zero-sequence current signals, receiving the zero-sequence voltage signals and completing the positioning calculation. The positioning device has the advantages of mature technique and high reliability.
