The invention discloses a magnetic separation device for forming a high-density magnetic peak value through an opening magnetic system, small magnetic sources and a small pole pitch. The device comprises the multiple magnetic sources of the same size, the magnetic sources are arranged in parallel, and the adjacent magnetic sources are arranged with a short distance, so that dense uneven magnetic peaks are formed on the surfaces of the combined magnetic sources. The magnetic peak value at the edges of the every two adjacent magnetic sources is larger than that of the center of the magnetic sources. The device is used for magnetic separation of fine-grain mineral. Due to the fact that the magnetic sources are arranged with the short distance and the small pole pitch is small, the dense uneven magnetic peak value changes are formed in a small area; due to the fact that the magnetic peak value of the working face formed through the magnetic system is clear, the attractive force of the magnetic system surface is formed in a point or line mode, fine-grain mineral can be easily sorted, and the mineral separation accuracy rate is improved.
