The invention provides a coil double-spindle automatic coil winding device and coil winding machine. The coil winding device comprises a synchronous belt wheel, a central shaft, a coil winding flying fork, a bearing component and a pressing column. The upper half part of the central shaft is closely sleeved with the synchronous belt wheel, the lower half part of the central shaft is closely sleeved with the coil winding flying fork, and a coil penetrating guide pin is inserted into the bottom of the coil winding flying fork in a penetrating mode. The pressing column is connected to the bottom of the central shaft through the bearing component, and rotates not along with the central shaft. The bottom end of the pressing column is flush with that of the coil penetrating guide pin. According to the coil winding device, large coils and small coils on a coil support can be automatically wound. A plurality of coil winding devices are arranged on the coil winding machine. According to the coil winding machine, the coils can be automatically wound so that production efficiency can be improved.
