Current status of human induced pluripotent stem cell donor origin and its epigenetic research

2017
Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS cells) are stem cell research focus areas, it has a broad application prospects in tissue engineering research, autologous cell transplantation, drug research and development and many other areas. Having self-renewal and multi-differentiation potential similar to embryonic stem cells, it can differentiate into more mature cells in vivo and in vitro, avoids the many problems in the ethical constraints, and other aspects of immune rejection. In recent years, the development of regenerative medicine, in particular progress Stem Cell Technology, induced pluripotent stem cells as a good "seed cells" has become a domestic and international forefront of stem cell research hotspot. With the induction of new pluripotent stem cell research, deepening and exploring clinical practice, which is expected to become a tool in the field of regenerative medicine. This paper reviews the comparison of human donor cells and epigenetic aspects of induced pluripotent stem cells. Key words: Induced pluripotent stem cells; Donor cells; Epigenetics; Regenerative medicine
