Efficiently Spectrum Utilization Method of Angle Sensitive Communication System Based on Cognitive Radio

A point-to-point communication system facing interferences from different angles and different frequency bands in space is considered in this paper. Traditional cognitive radio technology based on frequency domain perception may cause a waste of spectrum resources due to the difficulty to distinguish true interference. In this paper, an anti-jamming process of space and frequency domain is proposed to deal with the interference model of band-limited noise. Firstly, spatial filtering is conducted to deal with the interference whose direction is outside the main beam of the antenna array. Secondly, the power spectrum density of the interference signals which really interfere the point-to-point communication system is obtained by using the Short-time Fourier analysis. Finally, the partition of the spectrum into several subbands is realized by the variation points detection based on wavelet transform. The effectiveness of the proposed process is assessed by simulation, and the spectrum utilization under the circumstance of complex interferences is improved.
