The invention relates to a distribution network working power supply, in particular to the distribution network working power supply based on a self-energy-gaining coil technology. The distribution network working power supply based on the self-energy-gaining coil technology comprises an inductive iron core (1), and is characterized in that: a leakage winding (2) and an energy gaining winding (3)are wound on the inductive iron core (1); a leakage module (4) is also connected to the leakage winding (2); and an energy gaining device is also connected to the energy gaining winding (3). Therefore, the distribution network working power supply has the advantages of 1, solving the problems of high-amplitude voltage and waveform distortion produced by high current even impact current caused by a short-circuit failure, and 2, obtaining relatively higher starting current when current is low.
