脂多糖对脐血CD34(上标 +)细胞体外增殖的影响

Objective: To study the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on cord blood hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells proliferation in vitro, and explore the new way of proliferation in vitro. Methods: Selfmade-lipopolysaccharide and standard-lipopolysaccharideat different concentrations were added into cord blood CD34(superscript +) cells liquid culture system respectively, the cord blood hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells was analyzed by MTT. Results: Selfmade-lipopolysaccharide and standard-lipopolysaccharide at different concentrations could promote proliferation of cord blood CD34(superscript +) cells in LPS at low concentration, and were inhibited in high concentrations LPS. The best concentration were 30 U/mL and 10 mg /L respectively. Conclusion: Lipopolysaccharide may play a role in regulating the cord blood hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells proliferation in vitro.
