Carbon dioxide booster pump injection vehicle

2008
A pressurized carbon-dioxide pumping-in vehicle comprises a carrier vehicle (1). A transfer pump (2) and a gas-liquid separator (3) are arranged on the chassis of the carrier vehicle (1), a liquid phase inlet end (4) and a gas phase inlet end (5) are arranged on the tail part of the carrier vehicle (1), and a liquid phase outlet end (6) and a gas phase outlet end (7) are arranged on the middle front part of the carrier vehicle (1); the liquid phase inlet end (4) is connected with the liquid inlet port of the gas-liquid separator (3), the liquid outlet port of the gas-liquid separator (3) is connected with the liquid inlet port of the transfer pump (2), and the liquid outlet port of the transfer pump (2) is connected with the liquid phase out end (6); the gas phase inlet end (5) is connected with the gas phase inlet end (7); and the two ends of a return pipe (10) are connected with the outlet end of the transfer pump (2) and the inlet end of the gas-liquid separator (3), respectively; and the return pipe (10) is connected with a gas phase pipeline (9) via a system switching valve (13). The pressurized carbon-dioxide pumping-in vehicle has a reasonably designed manifold system, particularly in the close state of a ball valve, the liquid stored in the inner cavity of the ball valve is gasified and smoothly discharged. The entire vehicle has high reliability and safety.
