The invention relates to a reinforced leaching de-ironing device and a de-ironing method of manganese ore slurry. The device comprises a stirring tank for containing the manganese ore slurry, multilayer stirring blades and at least two venturi pipes in the bottom of the stirring tank. In the device, a gas distributor is omitted; ejection air flows of the venturi pipes in the bottom of the stirring tank are set to be with an included angle of 60 to 90 DEG; at the same time, two groups of venturi pipes with equal quantity to the layer number of the stirring blades are also arranged on both sides of the stirring tank; the mode of combining air impact flow with mechanical stir is adopted in the device, which ensure that the suspension performance of the manganese ore slurry is largely enhanced and the deposition of ore powder at the bottom of the stirring tank can be reduced; and especially, the gas distributor is replaced by the two groups of venturi pipes, and thus, the operating reliability is largely enhanced. The method applying the device mainly comprises the steps of alternately increasing and reducing inflation pressure so that the gas content of the ore slurry in the stirring tank is enhanced; the shortest leaching de-ironing time is only 3.5 hours; and at the same time, the leaching rate is enhanced to 91%.
