Study on Stability Test Method of Aeroelastic Machinery of Bearingless Rotorcraft

This paper put forward a bearingless rotorcraft test bed ground/air resonance stability test method in the resonance speed region, discussed the test principle, and completed ground resonance and air resonance tests with a 4m bearingless rotorcraft dynamic test bed model. This paper compared the ground resonance/air resonance test result obtained with the bearingless rotorcraft dynamic test bed model with theoretical analysis result obtained with the coupling dynamics modal comprehensive analysis model of rotor and body. The result shows that there is good correlation between the calculated value and the test value, which proves the correctness of the calculation model and the analysis method. This test method is reliable and reliable, which reduces the risk of traditional aeroelastic machinery stability test, verifies the stability margin, and provides the stability test of bearingless rotorcraft with reliable test technology.
