Multifunctional mobile charging car and charging method

The invention relates to a charging device, in particular to a multifunctional mobile charging car. Under the condition of sunlight, a solar photovoltaic panel generates electricity and charges a lithium battery pack to store energy through an electricity generating controller; once the mobile charging car is needed for providing electric energy under emergency conditions, the car can be quickly driven to the position where emergency electricity supply is needed, firstly, a lithium battery energy storage system is started within 5 s to provide electric energy to the emergency position, and the a fuel cell system is started within 2 minutes to provide electric energy to the emergency position. The mobile charging car is convenient to move, the dual electricity-generating modes (photovoltaic electricity generating and fuel cell electricity generating) are adopted, and the functions of outputting alternating current 380 V and 220 V and direct current 300-500 V are achieved.
