The invention provides an aquaculture oxygen charging system. The aquaculture oxygen charging system is characterized by comprising an oxygen supply device, a Venturi mixer, a water distribution device and a submerged pump, wherein the oxygen supply device comprises any one or both of an air compressor and a liquid oxygen tank; the Venturi mixer is provided with a water inlet, a water outlet and an air inlet; the air inlet is communicated with the oxygen supply device by virtue of an air supply pipeline, a one-way valve is arranged on the air supply pipeline, and the one-way valve is used for controlling the oxygen supply deice to supply air to the Venturi mixer; the water distribution device comprises a water outlet main pipe which is communicated with the water outlet and a plurality of water outlet branch pipes which are communicated with the water outlet main pipe; each water outlet branch pipe is provided with a plurality of water distribution fine holes; the submerged pump is communicated with the water inlet by virtue of a water conveying pipeline, and is used for transferring a water body in a pond into the Venturi mixer by virtue of the water conveying pipeline and the water inlet; a check valve is arranged on the water conveying pipeline. The aquaculture oxygen charging system provided by the invention is high in effluent dissolved oxygen content and low in energy consumption.
