Модуляция активность СD38/АДФ-рибозилциклазы нейтрофилов периферической крови на фоне проведения системного тромболизиса

The paper contains results of study of CD38/ADP-ribosyl cyclase in patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI). Weassessed expression and activity of CD38/ADP,ribosyl cyclasae in peripheral blood neutrophiles in patients with MI in order to elucidate its role in progression of endothelial dysfunction. We found elevation of CD38 expression and decreased activity of ADP-ribosilcyclase, and their modulation under systemic thrombolysis.
