As an intelligent disposal system,dispatching command sheet expert system is synthetically applied by power system in artificial intelligence and expert system field in our country.This paper introduced the realization of Expert System of Switching Sequences Ticket,its composition,the expression of the knowledge and the problem of the communication from the equipment on the spot.
