The invention discloses a three-freedom-degree displacement follow-up measuring platform and method for a movable beam of a large hydraulic forging machine, and belongs to the technical field of industrial online detecting technologies. A precise straight-line guide rail is used as a displacement measurement datum in the vertical direction, a sliding block is connected with a movable beam measuring plane through a pressure spring and ball connecting mechanism, the fact that the sliding block precisely moves along with a movable beam measurement point in the vertical direction is guaranteed, and meanwhile, a two-freedom-degree displacement measurement floating datum, in the horizontal plane, of the measurement point is provided; a movable magnetic ring fixed on the sliding block moves relative to the fixed part of a magnetostrictive sensor fixed to the guide rail to generate a pulse signal, and the displacement, in the vertical direction, of the measurement point is obtained according to the signal; a vision element fixed onto the movable beam measurement point conducts measuring on the two-freedom-degree displacement in the horizontal plane between the measurement point and the datum sliding block. The three-freedom-degree displacement follow-up measuring platform and method for the movable beam of the large hydraulic forging machine realize three-freedom-degree non-contact measurement of the measurement point, detection signals are output uniformly through a digital type industrial bus, the anti-interference capacity is high and the integrity and the reliability are high.
