The present invention provides both apparatus and a vehicle capable of improving the stability of the control method to improve the turning performance of the high μ road surface and the vehicle behavior of the vehicle at a low μ road surface to vehicle control. A vehicle control apparatus comprising: vehicle yaw angular velocity based on the additional yaw moment determined additional yaw torque determination unit; spin determines the tendency of the vehicle tends to spin determination unit; in that the vehicle has a self- in the case of a spin tendency, determining a difference for controlling the rotation of the control amount of the rotational difference, such that the rotation difference of the left and right front wheels of the vehicle rotating manner deficit determining portion; based on the additional yaw moment, determined by rear wheel braking and driving force control of the braking-driving force to the rear wheel of the vehicle driving force control amount of the rear wheel braking unit is determined; and based on the rotational difference control amount, the control of the vehicle is determined for the front driving the front wheel brake force of the brake driving force control amount of the front wheel braking-driving force determination section.
