Calculs Hiérarchisés des Paramètres et Caractéristiques Optimaux des Différents Matériaux Photovoltaïques

1999
The conversion of the light into electric power is carried out starting from the solar cells containing silicon : material most abundant on ground, perfectly stable and not toxic. However, many other semiconductor materials have acceptable photovoltaic properties and can lead to the development of the cells at very low cost price, they are moreover Si, GaAs, CdTe. But the study of materials must be developed very finely to allow a good estimate of their performances. The study that we present bear on the various photovoltaic parameters, such as: energy of gap, intrinsic concentration, mobility, lifetime, and performances and their influence on varios pholovoltaic materials in order to examine the degree of importance which each parameter carries on studied inaterial. The data representing the latter are presented on tables and that with an aim of adjusting an optimal classification of photovoltaic materials. The study is continued by an analysis of the photovoltaic data, and that by using statistical analysis based on the method of the analysis in principal components. We underline the interest of such a method for classification of various studied photovoltaic materials. Mots cles: Materiaux solaires - Parametres de transport - Analyse factorielle en composants.
