The present invention proposes a 3-D planar coupled inductor based fully integrated EMI filter, comprising a planar magnetic core, common mode capacitance layer, differential capacitor winding layers and the upper and lower layers, and the two-layer structure of winding layers wound winding layer. Planar core core, common mode capacitance layer, and a differential-mode capacitor layers each winding layer has two rows of perforations played by two adjacent winding passes through the perforations in the diagonal form coupled inductors. Planar structure of the present invention is easily integrated, small size, increased power density; easily automated production, increased production efficiency, to ensure consistency of parasitics.
