The current volume represents the outcome of the international conference “Comparative Public Administration and Management – Good Governance and Regulatory Quality in the 21st Century,” organised in Bucharest on 19 June 2014. The conference has been organised by the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration – Faculty of Public Administration, Bucharest, Romania and Kaunas University of Technology – Faculty of Economics and Business and Faculty of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities (Institute of Public Policy and Administration), Kaunas, Lithuania.
