The present invention is an epoxy resin was added absolute ethanol was stirred and mixed to prepare a uniform binder; binder alloy powder was added with stirring, mixing, an alloy slurry was mixed in a slurry form; said alloy powder composition (wt %) is: 15.5-19.5Cr, 12.6-16.6Ni, 1.2-1.6Mn, 0.3-0.5Si, 2.2-2.6Mo, balance of Fe; uniformly mixed slurry cooled alloy sprayed coating on the pipe wall Q235, and drying oven heated to 80-120 deg.] C and dried, incubated 3-6h; Q235 steel with the furnace cooled to room temperature, placed under high vacuum sintering furnace at 200-400 deg.] C after 2-4h incubation, incubated 1250-1290 ℃ 0.5-2 hours. The present invention provides a vacuum sintering problem, a cold spray corrosion resistant alloy powder and a preparation method works, water can solve short life, poor corrosion resistance, and high cost of manufacture.
