An emulsion explosive emulsifier and method for preparing a polymer mix

The present invention discloses a mixed emulsion explosive emulsifier with a polymer prepared from the following raw materials manufactured parts by weight: 35-45 parts of a polyolefin, 4-7 parts of dicarboxylic acid or anhydride, 6-13 parts of amino acid esters, 7-10 parts additives, 3-6 parts of a basic compound, 25-35 parts of diluent oil; present invention also discloses a method for preparing this kind of polymeric emulsifier. The present invention is novel amino acid ester mixed emulsion explosive containing a polymeric emulsifier structure emulsifier different from those known, due to the introduction of the amino acid ester compound, exhibit anti-bump performance and superior storage stability compared to other emulsifiers, emulsion matrix more suitable for remote distribution, applied in the mixed emulsion explosives.
