New polysaccharide, process for its preparation and its uses particularly in the cosmetic field

The present invention relates to the use of the bacterial strain ALV104 family Rhizobiaceae, deposited at the CNCM March 21, 2006 under the number I-3591 for the preparation of a polysaccharide compound of formula (I) :: - in which k varies from 1 to n, - n represents an integer from 5 to 300, particularly from 8 to 270, - R 1, R 2, R 3, R 4, R 5, R 6, R 7 and R 8 independently of one another, H or an acyl group comprising 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
