Structure-Activity of TRP Modified Analogs of Ac-CCK-7,

Abstract : The analogs were synthesized using SPPS. Receptor binding of the CCK-A and CCK-B receptor subtypes was determined using solubilized membrane preparations from rat pancreatic tissue and bovine striatum, respectively. Compounds were also evaluated for their ability to suppress food intake in a meal-fed rat model.
