Proposal of the all-optical memory using the pseudo-localized plasmon resonance excited by an optical vortex beam

The plasmonic responses of gold nanoplates were investigated toward all-optical nano-memory. The simulation clarified that the “triangular” configuration was superior in the resonance peak characteristics, compared to the regular circular configuration.
