The paint comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-60% of fluorocarbon emulsion, 10-30% of nano functional filler, 15-30% of water, 0.5-1% of dispersing agent, 2-5% of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1% of thickener, 0.1-0.4% of leveling agent, 0.2-0.5% of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5% of bactericide, 0.5-1.5% of pH regulator, 5-10% of propanediol and 0.1-0.3% of curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following step: uniformly mixing the components to obtain the water-based fluorocarbon anti-pollution paint. The water-based fluorocarbon anti-pollution paint has the advantages of simple preparation method, high durability, acid/alkali resistance, favorable practicality, high mechanical strength and self cleaning. The preparation method is simple and convenient, is low in cost, and has favorable anti-pollution property when being used in power transmission line insulators.
