The invention discloses composite styptic powder with antisepsis and healing activity acceleration and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding a halloysite nanotube to a lysozyme solution to obtain a halloysite nanotube loaded with lysozyme; dissolving chitosan into an aqueous acetic solution to prepare a chitosan solution, then adding the halloysite nanotube loaded with the lysozyme, stirring, and then regulating pH to 7 by adding a sodium hydroxide solution to prepare suspension liquid, or adding an organic precipitating agent to prepare the suspension liquid, or adding a cross-linking agent to prepare the suspension liquid; centrifugalizing the suspension liquid, washing obtained precipitations by using deionized water, and then freeze-drying to obtain the composite styptic powder with the antisepsis and the healing activity acceleration. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple; the prepared composite styptic powder integrates the advantages of a chitosan styptic material and an inorganic styptic material and is capable of accelerating the healing of a wound surface by killing and inhibiting bacteria positioned on the wound surface and degrading the chitosan into oligosaccharide.
