Pests and Diseases Expert System of Maize Based on Network

The design principles and basic functions had been introduced in this paper.The overall of each key element include collection of basic data,and then accession and reasoning of knowledge,finally the network design.And the intelligent reasoning process in the case of corn borer was also conducted.
