Anti-cohesion alkaline pellet and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses an anti-cohesion alkaline pellet comprising the chemical composition in parts by mass: 59-66 parts of TFe, 0.8-2.0 parts of MgO, 0.5-3.5 parts of SiO2, and 0.6-1.8 parts of CaO:CaO/SiO2. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the anti-cohesion alkaline pellet, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the steps: 1) material preparation: adding an additive, a calcium-containing additive and a magnesium-containing additive into an iron concentrate, and making the mixed material meet any one of the chemical component ratios of the anti-cohesion alkaline pellet; 2) carrying out specific surface area increasing treatment on the mixed material; 3) pelletizing; and 4) sintering to obtain the finished product anti-cohesion alkaline pellet. The anti-cohesion alkaline pellet has the anti-cohesion property, and has high softening starting temperature and high alkalinity.
