Intelligent computer programs for plastic processing

There are already a great number of programs which can be operated on personal computers or minicomputers — CAD-systems. These programs assist the designer in the actual design; they also simulate of a great variety of processes, during which the designer communicates with the computer in interactive communication — either via the screen or by selecting programs or so called macros — such as complete drawings, texts or the like — from a menue. It becomes apparent that even experts need a very long training period to familiarize themselves with such programs, because the inevitably short messages issued via the screen bring about the possibilities of communication problems as a consequence.
