Real-time implementation of AMR-WB speech coder using TMS320C5509 DSP

The Adaptive Multirate Wideband (AMR-WB) speech codec was standardized by the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) for providing wideband speech service. DSP has played a dominant role in development of digital speech coding with high clock speed and low power consumption.
