Non-oriented silicon steel for coiled iron core and production method

2015
The invention discloses non-oriented silicon steel for a coiled iron core. The non-oriented silicon steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: C not more than 0.003%, 1.1-2.4% of Si, Al not more than 0.5%, Mn not more than 1.0%, 0.005-0.08% of Sn, N not more than 0.005%, and S not more than 0.005%. A production method comprises the production steps of: heating of a casting blank after smelting and blank casting, hot rolling, normalization, cold rolling after acid washing, annealing of a finished product, and coating of a protection layer. The adding amounts of such alloys as Si+Al and Sn are fewer; the hot rolling, normalization and cold rolling processes are simple; the average grain diameter of the product is 50-80 microns; the magnetic induction B5000 is not less than 1.75 T; the iron loss P1.5/50 is not more than 3.0 W/kg; and the ductility A50 is not less than 32% at a temperature below -20 DEG C.
