The most significant error for using single frequency GNSS receiver is ionospheric delay and it is necessary to use of suitable ionospheric delay correction model for correcting ionospheric delay. There are two typical ionospheric delay correction model : Klobuchar model of GPS and NeQuick model of Galileo. In this study, two model were compared by simulation and seasonal variation was considered. In conclusion, NeQuick was more accurate than Klobuchar in most case except some latitudes and times.
