Novel flame tube structure

The invention relates to a novel flame tube structure. The novel flame tube structure comprises flame tube heads, a flame tube inner wall, a flame tube inner wall turn-connection section, a flame tube outer wall and a flame tube outer wall turn-connection section. Each flame tube head is composed of a cyclone, a Venturi tube, a sleeve, a head turn-connection section and a splash pan. Cyclones with different rotational flow numbers, head turn-connection sections adopting different hole forming schemes, Venturi tubes of different structural forms, sleeves of different structural forms and splash pans of different structural forms can be selected. According to each scheme, 3-6 heads can be occupied, and each whole full-circular head is divided into 3-6 structural schemes. When the number of heads of the flame tube is 18, each scheme occupies three head areas, and thus six completely different schemes can be set on the full-circular flame tube for comparison. The novel flame tube structure has the advantage that the novel flame tube structure is better than a traditional full-circular flame tube according to which only one hole forming technique is adopted, six flame tubes need to be manufactured for six schemes, and six combustion performance tests need to be conducted. The data validity is improved, time is saved, and the machining cost and testing cost are reduced.
