Solar generating apparatus

The invention discloses a solar generating apparatus. The solar generating apparatus comprises a photovoltaic generating module used for converting optical energy into electric energy; a thermoelectric generating module used for converting heat energy into electric energy; a condensing lens used for gathering sunlight; a beam splitter used for splitting the sunlight gathered by the condensing lens into two paths, wherein one path of the light is incident into the photovoltaic generating module for photovoltaic generating, and the other path of the light is incident to the thermoelectric generating module for thermoelectric generation; a first radiator arranged in the photovoltaic generating module for performing heat dissipation on a solar battery in the photovoltaic generating module; and a second radiator arranged in the thermoelectric generating module for performing heat dissipation on a thermo-electric device in the thermoelectric generating module. According to the invention, the technical problem of quite low conversion efficiency during combination of photoelectric conversion and thermoelectric conversion of a laminated generating structure is solved.
