Research Progress on the Doping Modification of LiMn_2O_4 Thin Films as Cathode Materials of Micro Lithium Battery

LiMn_2O_4 film is a promising cathode material used in all-solid-state thin-film lithium battery for its high potential,good safety performance,low cost and nontoxicity.However,poor cycle stability is the most important factor to prevent its further applications.Doping a few metal elements in LiMn_2O_4 film will markedly improve its structure stability and cycling performance,which attracts much attention recently.In this paper,the capacity loss mechanism of spinel LiMn_2O_4 film is analyzed and the modification by doping metal elements in recent years is reviewed.
